At Assia Scarves, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

 • If the product you received is 30% different from what was shown in the product catalog (e.g., color or design discrepancies), we will offer a 30% refund.

 • Refunds are not available for sale items or promotional products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

 1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

 3. If applicable, please include photos of the product(s) to help us process your request.

Refund Process:

 • Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

 • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 • For international orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Exchanges:

 • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
